O.W.L First Aid Training offer courses regulated and certified by PHECC.

We have extensive experience in delivering real world first aid and are fully certified by the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council.
High quality training is the goal of everything we do, so we only use training instructors with relevant experience to bring a real-life dimension to our courses.

Cardiac First Response CFR

This is the minimum level of basic life support in CPR and the use of an AED/defibrillator, for cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke or choking.

Cardiac First Response Refresher

To keep your CFR cert valid, people must complete a revalidation certificate every two years.

The course is for anyone wanting to learn how to recognise and care for people with life-threatening injuries before the arrival of healthcare practitioners. It is also for people who require basic first aid training as part of their job.

First Aid Responder Refresher
